Packing-only service
Suitable when goods need to be prepared before customer-arranged transport, storage, renovation, handover or a separately booked movement.
Arrange packing-only, unpacking-only or a defined packing component of a household, office or intercity move. The written scope can cover the rooms or items, packing level, fragile goods, labelling, access, customer-packed cartons, appliance preparation and exact unpacking work.

The page is for customers who need a defined preparation or destination service. It does not automatically include transportation, loading labour, appliance installation or full relocation management.
Suitable when goods need to be prepared before customer-arranged transport, storage, renovation, handover or a separately booked movement.
Suitable when sealed cartons or packed goods have reached the destination and a written scope is required for opening, placement and ordinary packing-material removal.
Room-wise packing for furniture, kitchenware, décor, clothing, books, appliances and other confirmed household goods.
Assessment for mirrors, frames, glassware, glass-top furniture, electronics, décor and goods with existing weakness or repair history.
Protection and labelling for workstations, files, furniture and selected inventoried corporate IT assets according to agreed destination zones.
Additional preparation for longer routes when handling stages, carrier arrangement, item vulnerability and destination conditions justify a stronger written scope.
No universal layer count applies to every object. The quotation should identify the items, protection level and any custom or separately assessed work.
For suitable ordinary goods requiring covers, cartons or basic surface protection.
Room-wise packing for the confirmed household inventory with labels and carton planning.
Additional item-specific protection for vulnerable, repaired, glass or high-risk surfaces.
Asset, department, workstation or destination-zone labels for the confirmed office inventory.
Stronger preparation when route, handling stages, weather or carrier conditions require it.
Room-wise planning is useful for both packing and unpacking. It does not mean the team will make organising decisions that have not been provided by the customer.
The final material plan depends on size, surface, fragility, route, stacking and handling. The table is explanatory and does not replace the quotation.
| Item group | Planning considerations | Possible protection | Important boundary |
|---|---|---|---|
| Furniture | Finish, edges, detachable parts, repair history and size | Moving covers, suitable wrapping, edge protection and labels | Dismantling or reassembly only when confirmed |
| Glass and décor | Cracks, frames, removable glass, shape and box availability | Item-specific wrapping, cushioning, cartons or custom support | Existing weakness must be disclosed |
| Kitchenware | Glass, crockery, metal, sharp items, liquids and food | Suitable wrapping, separation, cartons and room labels | Restricted goods and perishables remain excluded |
| Electronics | Original packaging, accessories, screens, cables and data responsibility | Suitable covers, cushioning, cartons and accessory labels | Personal data devices should remain customer-controlled |
| Appliances | Drying, drainage, shelves, hoses, cords and serviceability | Surface protection, accessory packing and movement preparation | Technician work is not automatic |
| Office assets | Asset list, destination zone, files, screens and sensitive equipment | Labels, covers, cartons and component grouping | Shutdown, backup and reconnection remain customer or specialist tasks |
Photographs and written notes help distinguish an existing condition from a concern raised after handling. They do not guarantee a claim result.
Photograph cracks, chips, dents, scratches, loose parts, repaired edges and existing marks before packing.
Identify shelves, glass panels, legs, cables, accessories and other parts that need separate handling or labels.
Share whether suitable manufacturer packaging exists and whether it remains structurally usable.
Unusual dimensions, high weight, repaired goods or vulnerable shapes may require separate material or construction assessment.
The customer should disclose appliance condition and arrange qualified services where disconnection, installation, gas, plumbing, electrical or technical work is required.
When the customer selects the materials and packs the contents, the team cannot verify the internal arrangement or item condition before handling.
Balcony goods may include plants, pots, stands, outdoor furniture and loose décor. Each category should be assessed rather than treated as an ordinary carton item.
Share the plant height, pot material, soil condition, drainage and visible weakness.
Long routes, handling stages, heat, rain and storage time can affect feasibility.
Remove water, soil spills, detachable trays, hanging accessories and unstable decorative parts.
Plant shifting depends on size, route, pot condition, vehicle space and feasibility. Plant survival, leaf condition or freshness cannot be guaranteed.
Unpacking is not one universal service. The quotation should state the rooms, cartons, furniture and ordinary material-removal work included.
Opening confirmed cartons and placing contents in the designated room or agreed surface area.
Following customer labels and destination-room instructions without making unsupported organising decisions.
Positioning suitable furniture according to the written scope and access available at delivery.
Opening priority files, workstation components or selected assets according to the agreed department sequence.
Collecting ordinary material generated by the confirmed unpacking scope when written into the quote.
Deep cleaning, full organising, technical installation, wall mounting, electrical work and disposal beyond the written scope.
Preparation does not mean the customer must pack everything. It means separating personal responsibility, confirming instructions and making the work area accessible so the agreed service can begin without avoidable delay.
Keep cash, jewellery, identity papers, financial records, medicines, keys and confidential documents under customer control. Do not leave them inside furniture, drawers or cartons intended for team handling.
Identify goods that should be packed, left in place, donated, discarded or handled by another provider. The packing team should not be expected to decide ownership or disposal during the service window.
Use, remove or dispose of perishables and opened liquids. Clean, dry and drain applicable appliances, and arrange technician support for disconnection or installation work outside the packing scope.
Confirm room labels, open-first cartons, destination zones, fragile goods and items that must remain accessible. For unpacking, identify where contents should be placed before cartons are opened.
Packing labour and material movement can change when a property has restricted access, long carrying distance or weather exposure.
Share the floor, passenger-lift or service-lift rules, staircase access and lift-booking window.
Confirm the lawful parking point, basement restriction and approximate distance to the packing location.
Arrange gate entry, identification, security deposit, loading bay and permitted work time where required.
Weather-sensitive material or transfer planning may be adjusted when rain exposure, open carrying routes or loading conditions justify it.
The sequence can vary, but the items, access, condition, materials, labels and destination work should remain traceable.
Share rooms, goods, photographs, access and date.
Confirm packing-only, unpacking-only or combined work.
Record fragile, repaired or weak goods.
Confirm materials, labour, access and exclusions.
Customer removes valuables and specialist items.
Perform the agreed room-wise or item-wise work.
Review cartons, parts, rooms and open-first items.
Confirm completed scope, concerns and records.
