- Payment, GST and changes
- Service responsibilities and legal framework
Review the companywide terms, claim-review process, transit insurance support, cancellation and rescheduling rules, privacy practices and restricted-item guidance that apply to services booked through authorised DG Singhania Packers channels.
These policies apply to enquiries and services requested through the website, telephone, WhatsApp, email, Gurugram office, Pune office or another authorised DG Singhania Packers channel.
Separate Gurugram and Pune policy versions are not required. The same companywide policy framework applies, while the written quotation records the actual goods, route, access, packing, labour, vehicle, charges, taxes, optional services and customer responsibilities for each booking.
Open the detailed page before making payment, handing over goods or relying on an optional service.
Each page covers a different customer decision, operational process or service boundary.

|---|---|---|
| Goods and inventory | Home, office or vehicle goods, special items, quantity, condition and declared exclusions | Undisclosed goods may require a revised quote or refusal |
| Packing | Materials, company-packed or customer-packed status, fragile and special-care scope | Unpacking every carton is not automatic |
| Labour and handling | Loading, unloading, placement, dismantling, basic assembly and heavy-item planning | Technician, carpentry, electrical or installation work may be separate |
| Route and vehicle | Pickup, destination, vehicle option, shared or dedicated movement and access | A listed route does not guarantee availability |
| Building access | Floor, lift, stairs, parking, long carry, gate pass and permitted timing | Customer normally arranges permissions unless written otherwise |
| Charges and taxes | Service charge, GST treatment, material, labour, route and agreed additions | Changed inventory or access may affect the quotation |
