Material can include cartons, paper, tape, stretch film, bubble, foam, corrugated sheets, blankets, covers, corner guards, fragile tape and wooden crate/custom cushioning where required.
Unpacking support depends on written quotation scope. It may include carton opening, selected placement or broader unpacking support.
Customer-packed cartons are moved as received. Internal damage claims are limited unless contents were inspected and repacked by our team.
Feasible furniture dismantling can be included as per quotation scope. Some items may require carpenter or technician support.
AC, RO, geyser, TV mounts and some appliances may require technician disconnection or installation. This should be discussed before booking.
Old, weak or already damaged furniture should be declared. Such items may have limited claim eligibility and require special handling.
Yes. Glass tops, mirrors, crockery, frames, clocks, showpieces and cabinet glass should be declared separately for proper packing and labelling.
Plants can be moved with upright, breathable handling. Avoid overwatering before moving. Living item condition can be affected by travel, weather, sunlight and duration.
Aquarium tanks must be empty, clean and dry. Live fish and aquatic pets are not included.
Keep cash, jewellery, original documents, laptops, hard disks, medicines, valuables and personal items with yourself.
No. Alcohol, chemicals, gas cylinders, flammable goods, open food and prohibited goods are not accepted for regular movement or storage.
No. This DG Singhania Packers website is focused on packing, moving, storage and transport services. Pets are not included in regular goods movement.
Yes. Claim review is available for damage caused during our handling, subject to declared condition, packing scope and written quotation terms.
No. We handle goods carefully, but do not promise blanket damage-free guarantee movement or full replacement for every item and condition.
No. Insurance/FOV support is not automatic. It must be discussed before moving and confirmed in writing.

No. We do not use a blanket non-refundable advance rule. Refund or deduction depends on timing and actual operational cost already committed.
One free reschedule may be allowed if informed at least 48 hours before the move, subject to team and vehicle availability.
Same-day cancellation may involve reasonable deduction if vehicle, labour, packing material, route or waiting cost has already been committed.
The customer is responsible for RWA permission, gate pass, service lift, parking and entry timing unless something else is confirmed in writing.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 working days after review and confirmation.
