How to Read the Rates
The assumptions are part of the price
A number without an inventory, distance, access and packing definition can be misleading. These published ranges use the following standard starting assumptions unless the relevant table states otherwise.
Local distance
Local household bands generally assume a Pune move of up to approximately 30 km with one pickup, one delivery and one planned vehicle trip.
Normal access
Where stated, rates assume working lifts and a lawful parking point within approximately 30 metres of the property entrance.
Standard packing

Why Two Quotes Can Differ
The same BHK label can describe very different moving work
Customers often compare two totals without checking whether the goods, access and service components are the same. The indicative ranges are intentionally broad enough to reflect normal variations, while the written quotation identifies the exact position within the band.
Compact 2 BHK with normal access
A moderate inventory, working lifts, nearby lawful parking, ordinary packing and one planned vehicle trip may fall toward the lower or middle part of the displayed 2 BHK range. The quotation should still list the major goods and approximate carton count.
Large 2 BHK with extra handling
A larger inventory with modular furniture, more cartons, fragile decor, a long carrying route or an unavailable lift can move toward the upper end or require a revised scope. The BHK label does not remove the need for an inventory review.
Intercity move with shared transport
A shared or part-load arrangement may support the displayed intercity range when that mode is available and expressly confirmed. Delivery timing, handling stages and the destination contact must still be recorded in the quotation.
Dedicated or restricted-route move
A dedicated vehicle, narrow approach, shuttle requirement, restricted society window, waiting or redelivery can create a materially different operating cost. These conditions should never be hidden inside a generic city-pair headline.
