Packing services
Packing is included only when stated in the written quotation.
Standard packing does not automatically include specialist crates, climate-controlled protection, custom cases or another specialist method.
10
Customer-packed goods
Internal condition cannot always be inspected when cartons or containers are sealed before handover.
Customer-packed status does not automatically determine every outcome. Review may consider external carton condition, packing suitability, declared contents, handling evidence and the written service scope.
11
Furniture dismantling and reassembly
Basic dismantling or reassembly may be provided for suitable furniture only when written into the quotation.
Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil work and specialist installation are excluded unless separately confirmed.
12
Appliances and installed items
Moving an appliance does not automatically include electrical, plumbing or gas disconnection, wall-mount removal, installation, testing or commissioning.
The customer should arrange authorised technicians where required.
13
Fragile and special-care goods
Fragile, higher-value, weak, repaired, oversized or unusual goods must be disclosed before quotation.
Acceptance and handling depend on condition, dimensions, access, packing feasibility and the written scope.
14
Restricted and customer-carry items
Flammable, explosive, hazardous, illegal, leaking and perishable goods should not be included with ordinary moving goods.
Cash, jewellery, original documents, essential medicines, keys, personal laptops, hard drives and sensitive data devices should remain with the customer.
15
Plants, aquarium and live animals
Plant movement depends on size, route, pot condition, vehicle space and feasibility. Plant survival, freshness or leaf condition cannot be guaranteed.
Aquarium tanks may be assessed only when empty, clean, dry and disclosed. Pets and live animals are not handled by this shifting service.
16
Condition records
Customers should disclose cracks, repairs, rust, loose parts, prior damage, leakage, weak packaging and other relevant condition before packing or loading.
Photographs, inventory and written condition notes may be used for quotation, handling and later review.
