Quote changes

Permissions

Arrange RWA permission, gate pass, service lift, parking and entry timing.

Valuables

Carry cash, jewellery, documents, laptops, hard disks, medicines and personal valuables yourself.

Delivery readiness

Ensure destination access, payment readiness, possession and receiving person are available.

Packing and Handling

Packing, loading and handling terms

Packing and handling scope depends on written quotation and item condition.

Company-packed goods

Goods packed by our team are handled as per selected packing scope and item risk level.

Customer-packed goods

Customer-packed cartons are moved as received. Internal damage claims are limited unless contents were inspected and repacked by our team.

Special-care items

Glass, mirrors, crockery, aquarium, plants, electronics, weak furniture and fragile items must be declared before packing/loading.

Restricted Goods

Items not accepted for regular movement or storage

The following items should not be handed over for packing, moving, transport or storage.

Valuables and personal items

Cash, jewellery, original documents, laptops, hard disks, medicines and personal valuables.

Unsafe or prohibited goods

Alcohol, chemicals, gas cylinders, open food, flammable goods, illegal or prohibited goods.

Living items

Pets, live fish, aquatic pets and perishable items are not included in regular moving goods.

Charges and Payment

Charges, payment and extra cost terms

Final charges depend on confirmed scope and actual site conditions.

Advance

Advance may be requested to block vehicle, labour, packing material or moving date.

Balance payment

Balance payment should be completed as per quotation terms, usually before or at delivery.

Extra charges

Extra goods, waiting, long carry, no lift, extra pickup/drop, packing change or delay may affect cost.

GST invoice

GST invoice support is available where applicable and should be confirmed before billing.

Timing and Delay

Claim review and insurance support are governed by declared condition, packing scope and written terms.

Claim review is available for damage caused during our handling, subject to declared condition, packing scope and written quotation terms.

Insurance or FOV support is not automatic. It should be discussed before moving and confirmed in writing.

No blanket guarantee

We do not promise damage-free guarantee movement, full replacement for every item, or blanket coverage for every condition.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Booking changes and refund terms

Cancellation and rescheduling are handled fairly based on actual operational cost committed.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule may be allowed if informed at least 48 hours before the move, subject to availability.

Cancellation

No blanket non-refundable advance rule applies. Reasonable deductions may apply if operational cost has already been committed.

Refund

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 working days after review and confirmation.

Storage and Vehicle Terms

Storage, car transport and bike transport require additional item-specific details.

Storage

Storage is subject to goods inventory, packing condition, duration, restricted items and written storage scope.

Car transport

Car transport requires vehicle condition check, photos, pickup/drop access, route and removal of personal items.

Bike transport requires bike condition check, limited fuel, photos and removal of helmet, papers and personal items.

Are charges fixed after quotation?

Charges are fixed for the confirmed scope. They can change if goods, route, access, packing, labour, date, waiting or extra service requirements change.

Do you move valuables?

No. Cash, jewellery, documents, laptops, hard disks, medicines and personal valuables should be carried by the customer.

Are all items insured automatically?

No. Insurance/FOV support is not automatic and must be discussed before moving and confirmed in writing.

What happens if lift or gate pass is not available?

Customer-side delay due to lift, gate pass, RWA permission, parking or entry timing may lead to waiting or rescheduling charges.
