Legality and safety
Unlawful, explosive, flammable, corrosive, toxic, leaking or otherwise unsafe goods may be refused.
This policy separates goods that are refused with ordinary moving goods, items that should remain with the customer, and goods that require written assessment before quotation. Final acceptance depends on legality, safety, condition, route, packing, vehicle, storage, insurer and service requirements.
Not every non-standard item is automatically prohibited, and not every item accepted for physical movement is suitable for ordinary cartons, storage or insurance. Customers must disclose unusual, fragile, high-value, regulated, leaking, powered, living or previously damaged goods before quotation.
DG Singhania Packers may refuse an item, require customer-controlled carriage, request specialist preparation or accept the item only under a written scope. Silence, a website enquiry or the presence of a packing team does not create automatic acceptance.
Acceptance depends on more than whether an item can physically fit inside a carton or vehicle.
Unlawful, explosive, flammable, corrosive, toxic, leaking or otherwise unsafe goods may be refused.
Cash, documents, medicines, keys and sensitive personal items should remain directly accessible to the customer.
Fragile, powered, living, high-value, special-care or unusual items require prior disclosure and assessment.
Acceptance, packing, transport, storage and insurance-related treatment must be confirmed in writing.
Use these links before packing, sealing cartons or loading a vehicle.

This list is illustrative. Other goods may be refused after safety, legal, carrier or insurer review.
